Space City started as a nights-and-weekends interior shade business, run alongside a full-time corporate career. Demand grew, and so did we: exterior shades first, then construction and remodeling.

The People Behind Space City
Saher Sultana UddinCo-Founder
A petroleum engineering background and a decade in the corporate world. Saher started the interior shade business and grew it into what Space City is today.
Jorge Hernandez FernandezCo-Founder
Two decades in Houston new home construction, coordinating installs, deliveries and schedules across every trade on a build. A military veteran.
Carlos HernandezCo-Founder
Thirty years in law enforcement and eight as an Army veteran and helicopter mechanic. Steady leadership, and the standard every job is held to.

Custom exterior and interior shades are what we do today, and they have our full attention. Remodeling, roofing, plumbing, electrical and more follow later, in deliberate order - none of them are bookable yet, and each will be held to the same standard as everything above.
