It affects what we plan for, not what we promise. Heavier tree cover changes the light and the debris a shade deals with, which we check at the site visit, but it doesn't add any storm, wind or flood protection to what we install. A shade manages sun, heat and privacy, in the forest or out of it.

It changes what we account for, not what we sell. Open water means unobstructed sun and more wind load on anything mounted outside, so we walk the mounting surface with you at the site visit. What we install still carries no wind rating and isn't sold as storm protection.
