What trees do not do is hold still: the light shifts through the day and the year, and the west side usually gets through anyway. The site visit is how we tell the difference instead of guessing.

Yes. Lake frontage means unobstructed afternoon sun, glare reflecting back off the water, and more wind load on anything mounted outside. We walk the mounting surface with you before anything is ordered, and we will tell you plainly what a shade will not do out there: it manages sun, heat and privacy, and it is not storm protection.

No. The consultation and the in-person site visit are free, with no obligation. Montgomery County is part of the area we serve, not an exception to it.

Both. A patio on the water, a storefront window wall in Conroe, or an office facing the afternoon sun all get the same site visit and the same custom measurement as a living room.
